Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jilivo immediately and change your password without delay. jilivo cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and not sharing your account with any other person.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on jilivo are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registeredin your name. jilivo does not accept third-party payments on behalf of players, and any deposit originating from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
